Am I right in saying , Performance Rights Issue, ASIC only have an issue with the disclosure on one off revenue. Not the award of those shares.

The VISA thing is also a disclosure issue, post suspension.

Independent experts have gone through all this and found nothing unreasonable.

Then JK gets hit for converting the performance shares for personal gain. Haha of course they did. That’s the idea.

This is pretty sloppy case. Nothing Burgers.
