RMS has quality management, under appreciated assets (in which they have found hidden value) and a big cash reserve. This down turn is placing many M&A targets in the bargain category. Serendipity has been described as " a prepared mind encountering and opportunity " For the likes of SLR and RMS, this pullback in the POG is serendipitous .... SLR + Doray is the prototypical win win M&A. So, RMS + ? = mini SAR ??
