thats just my point, reward management when they deliver, not just for turing up and keeping the seat warm.

the market cap of RDS is what $5m? and how much is are the two highest paid employees of RDS getting?

now its a pretty simple question, HOW MUCH DO THE TWO HIGHEST PAID RDS EMPLOYEES EARN?

i do recall seeing $200k+ in an old annual report for one of them.

So they are getting paid 4x the average salary and what have they acheived so far for shareholders?

I say pay them $100k and then provide incentives via options so that they get rewarded when they actual do something for shareholders.

im sick to death of seeing management milk cash for doing not much for shareholders.

again, you take my comments are an attack against RDS management where as my comments are for all management teams. i use RDS as an example because i have watched these guys take an absolute bath and i bet they are still paying themselves big bucks for creating no real value for shareholders.

the more idiots that stump up the capital and dilute existing shareholders the more unacceptable it becomes. thats why i will never invest i companies like this unless its for a quick trade because 9 out of 10 companies like this end up funding fat cat directors lifestylesand create no value for shareholders.

so go ahead and put as much as in as you like, i will watch and make comments as i see fit.
