Assume there a many LTH's watching ( https://tensorinnovation.com/Press.html ) like hawkes, for any updates regarding their prototype Cubesat design incorporating a scalable neuromorphic module for in-space autonomous orientation and maneuvering.

So many questions
The press release last August was referring to the SBIR contract from NASA being awarded. Currently it's now altered ie. minus any specific references that were originally made about Akida being the preferred processing platform. That raised a shite load of questions as to why. But this press release is still there!
In terms of the latest press release in October by Tensor announcing their acceptance into the Intel Neuromorphic Research Community and their plans to play with Loihi. This raised more questions. For me the main Q that comes to mind is who called who first proposing this. I wager it was probably Intel that chased Tensor because it reads to me like Intel are playing catchup but they may have already missed the bus.

I understand that Ken Scarince has said on behalf of the Co. (to @chapman89 I think) that Tensor are not an EAP engagement. Are my recollections right Jesse? But if the press release is still there on Tensor's website and the SBIR contract award to Tensor is still listed on NASA's website, then this Cubesat collaboration between Brainchip and Tensor is IMO still alive and kicking. And most possibly being undertaken in tandem with work being carried out by NASA under their EAP engagement with us. But that might be too much dot joining.
