The BEG need to be assisted with their oppy conversions and nobody wants to lend them $12M big ones for longer than have to (just my speculation of course, hahaha).
Somehow I cant see the locals pulling $12M out of their cheque books without help (hahaha).
Best to have the ducks lined up so that it all happens more or less at the same time.
Lets say this saga was to go past 30 June 09? O oh, chungo, the BEG has to find $12M or have their oppies expire worthless and that wouldn't make em all that happy I reckon (pure speculation on my part of course).
Nup, TS was well intentioned when he said March but he wont be far out.
Everybody is singing of the same page. CFE, Xstrata & BEG.
By 30/6/09 it will be (subject to all the funding being bedded down by that date of course).
