Just to add to this, if Scott Williams, given the amount of dough he and his investors apparently have riding on this - if he saw the interview and did not bother to contact PR about his comments to clarify, I would be surprised and really a disappointed in him if I was an investor with him.
Just my opinion, but it's the kind of cavalier attitude you'd want managing your hard earned, to make an assumption that PR just misspoke and had not actually accidentally foreshadowed some issues potentially affecting the design, scale and timing of their trials.
Back to the original point. Either way, if PR really just misspoke, all they had to do when Mozz or anyone else contacted them was to say:
"We just spoke to PR. He was shocked he said that, he is adamant he just misspoke, he was very tired, working very hard lately. Apologies, but we'll issue a correction immediately."
If they just said that, I would have just laughed and said, "oh wells, oops and move on". But when they fob you off and basically don't give you an answer to the question asked and just provide some other statement like:
"As previously announced, PAR will make a separate announcement in terms of the FDA Type C feedback when they are in receipt of it. Once we receive the feedback we will be detailing our clinical programs in the upcoming R&D day."
Then I am just really annoyed at the disrespect they've shown a retail shareholder. Disgusted.
