Who your friends are depends whether you call it “profit shifting” or “illegal activity.” They’re both finding ways to move money around for their own benefit. All through “Legal” channels but if anyone outside of the boys club does it then they give fines and book you a nice cell to live in.
Similar hypocrisy to the Iran nuclear deal lol “it’s dangerous to have access to nuclear weapons so Mr Iran you’re not allowed more than a tiny amount. But we are allowed as many as we like because we love power!”
They just don’t like it when others use their rules.
