The market Cap of GME ($22.5) is more than 3 times that of CMG. ($7.22).
CMG has 42.3 mill shares and 9.5 mill contributing shares.
Your GME has a whopping 180.5 mill shares.
The E/S in CMG's case could be greater while of course their Cue goldfield will be another ace.
However, both have to negotiate with Minara and as you say, a t/o is always possible.
