ACTION AGAINST BOD, page-12

One thing i just don't get is how this all came unraveled with no-one from the asx / asic investigating .
.
ANW purchased the equipment to mine Granville ..... from memory a rusty old clapped out crusher , an excavator and a rock truck ( plus some other previously owned equipment/vehicles ) and told us mining was ready to commence . Shortly after we were told that the truck and excavator had broken down and required parts and repairs which was going to delay things .
Now bear in mind that had the equipment NOT broken down ANW would have apparently been mining Granville from that point in time.
So basically we were still in a position to mine as soon as repairs were done .... months went by and then suddenly Granville was a dud and not worth mining and was to be sold off .
SOOOOOOO how did Granville go from a ready to mine site ( obviously with reasonable grades ) for which equipment was purchased and millions spent on assessing the ground to a worthless piece of land which was suddenly not worth the effort ??? Tin prices at that stage hadn't fallen a lot in between ..... we are ready to mine and we won't be mining Granville it's worthless .
Unless ANW was being less than upfront about the situation ..... how do you get from yep it's a goer to no it's pointless and worthless without the relevant authorities taking a very close look at it ?

That being said i think chatter about lawsuits is pointless .
All of the above is only my opinion.
