Thanks for posting that, First time iv seen it, Few things there that ring alarm bells,

1.The 5 day VWAP at a 14.6% discount, that's not needed, why are they selling themselves so short in the current macro-environment,

2.The SPP for shareholders is an absolute pittance, why are they giving so much to soph's when its been largely Retail shareholders who have supported the SP and caused the re-rate thus far,

3. The wording of one announcement per week just reads as "plenty of opportunities to dump your allotment for a quick 10% profit"

4.This is probably the one that bugs me most - they are not only doing a huge raise given current market cap, but it's open to soph/prof investors, meaning there's no cornerstone investor coming on board, therefore no sub holder notices will be expected, and the price on TSO is most likely going to get toyed with for the next two months at least will the sophs do a little dump and collect over and over..... Really hope im wrong about this, but its often the case,
