Your welcome seals, personal form yes I know what you mean, this is always in need of some finessing..just when we work something out, then the market changes! the good thing about looking at long term price cycles like this one is that it cuts out a lot of the short term noise, so then the sentiment changes along the way aren't that big of a deal....a cycle should include these elements, down trend, sideways bottom. with long horizontal resistance at 62% Fib, then retrace to a higher low, (at 62%) an eventual re`test and break of that upper 62% Fib resistance, and then a back test for new support. this is were we want to enter because its the beginning of the 3rd quarter of the whole cycle (wave 3) we already have the other 3 quarters in hindsight! the dynamics change dramatically at this point and from here its smooth sailing all the way up to .1.618 wave 3 target. they all look pretty much the same.
