For me, I find this a poor chaitman's letter. There is no disclosure, no transparency. I am still none the wiser as to why our funding deal failed, what conditions of the agreement were not met to allow the Tranche 2 payment to fall through?

And what is the alternative!??? There seems to be no pathway out of this. And we seem to be tied to our African funding partners EXCLUSIVELY, but this is never made clear. Is this why we cannot achieve funding from alternative debt markets, such as CHINA, UNITED STATES, EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST????

WTF IS GOING ON!!!????

Something appears very, very, very wrong here...at the heart of this whole funding arrangement. Something appears to be badly broken. I think it's systemic, and related to the african funders, beyond management's ability to control.
