You think an announcement confirming the license application has been lodged with mic will double the co's market cap? why would anyone buy on that news, let alone at a 100% premium to our current price? the company has been crystal clear about its intention to lodge it. Investors are waiting on the sidelines for certain risks like the license approval and details of the psa to be resolved. submission of the lice app is not a risk. No-one doubt the app will be lodged. Its what happens after the submission thats matters
