When I made that post, early today, do you think for 1 minute, I made that post for the sake of it, No.

I am speaking from experience, has this happened to me on 1 of my other stock's 2 year's ago.

This particular company, it had it share price smashed down, probably even been shorted by the very big boy's.

This went on for month's and all of the sudden, (Company A) 1 low ball take over offer came out over no where.

While the board was considering the offer, another offer (Company B) dropped in. totally different identity.

In the end the we had 3 low ball offer's from (Company B).

So us share holder's, all got shafted with low the ball offer's and we had no choice but to take it.

We really don't know, what happen's at the board meeting's, when discussion occur's on take over's.

I guess, every body has a Buy price just like every one has a Sell price.

Maybe next time, when I go and buy my next house or buy some share's, I might as well put a low ball offer in.

While I didn't appreciate your 100% BS quote, but I fully understand that it didn't happen to you, but it happened to me.

IMHO.
