Hi Rossi,
Would management need to take any offer to the shareholders to vote in the first instance? If it’s a low ball offer compared to the share price such as $5 per share, surely the majority will vote NO...
That being said, Wombat777 has furnished us with a plethora of buyout examples for 2b 5b 20b etc etc so I feel we can all make up our own minds on a ballpark fair value.
