Well here is to hoping this is rejected - I will be voting no/taking no action.

Interesting enough, AusSuper have offered the premium based of the closing price of last Friday, which fails to incorporate the significant gain TLT shares provided to IFT's portfolio yesterday and today... a whopping $293.2m worth of gains.

TLT + CDC data centres is what is currently reflected in the share price. Now lets add everything else...

Infratil's management have been exceptional all the way, so I am hoping that they will tell AusSuper to stop messing around and "take a hike." Renewable assets are hard to come by (and they know it), I wouldn't be surprised if it was TLS or AGL being referred to yesterday with the whole "interested parties and possible sale of TLT." My guess is AusSuper have just decided to undermine that and take the lot.

Ultimately, it'll come down to the majority votes, but please remember even little holders count. It all adds up. David and Goliath... reminds me of Wesfarmers trying to take-over Lynas. So yes... here's to hoping I still have my IFT shares by Christmas next year.

    Cheers,
