I just checked the announcements more thoroughly regarding the recent purchase of TAS shares by GS & DS. These purchases were merely part of the recent TAS rights issue i.e. GS & DS simply took up their respective allottments. This means that these puchases were not additional "shortfall" purchases.

DS made his purchase on behalf of March Bells (DS's family super fund) and GS made his purchase on behalf of Arkenstone (GS's family super fund). As both GS & DS are directors of TAS, both private (direct) and company holdings (indirect) have to be disclosed.

I hope this clarifies things.

Just to add, I am expecting a number of additional announcements over the next week or so i.e. "Change in Substantial Holding" and perhaps "Becoming a Substantial Shareholder" (over 5%).
