the unfortunate thing about this whole saga is that 14 months has been lost while in suspension and possibly another 12 or more (assuming it stays suspended while the ASIC proceedings are afoot). whilst I still support ISX as a business I'm not so sure about JK any more. So much mud has been slung at him that I'm not sure he can recover from, even if he is exonerated of the allegations. perhaps fresh meat is needed now. a high profile name that can put the history behind us and get everyone's eyes looking forward, instead of backward. food for thought,
