fermet rig set up was ordered..burger with the lot.

All logistics and personnel for final testing procedures were rig borne..

It was ordered that way....It could have been ordered without,, but it wasn't...

Why do you think they payed hundreds of thousands of dollars per day for the extra 11 days after drilling had reached target depth ?
