I am sure if they ever chose to build such a plant it would be powered by the much mooted clean green technologies they are now pursuing. By doing so I would bet the production cost to produce pellets would be lower than any other pellet manufacturing plant in other countries to not only make them cost competitive but also give them very healthy profit margins to add to their bottom line.
