In the ASX release of 23 March 2009 City Pacific Ltd said that the results for the six months ending 31 December 2008 would be released by Monday 30 March 2009.

Also on 23 March 2009 City Pacific Ltd responded to a $300 million claim made by Atkinson Gore Group. This matter is being delt with by the Supreme Court of Queensland.

From City Pacific's point of view it is alleged that the FMF made a loan to the Atkinson Gore Group and it is of the view that the loan has not been repaid as agreed. City Pacific Ltd then subsequently appointed receivers to Atkinson Gore Group.

On the other hand I guess Atkinson Gore Group have a contrary version of events and have made a claim. Atkinson Gore Group also seek to overturn the appointment of the receivers.

If anyone from Atkinson Gore Group can enlighten me about their claim here then I am prepared to listen.

For shareholders to follow City Pacific Ltd announcements which are not appearing on Comsec you may need to go to the ASX website or to ETrade.

I agree with you that it all looks like the accounts are a bit late now but it will soon be resolved.
