IMHO this is a headache for James Marsh. 50:50 ownership with MEP.
Also, whoever owns MEP controls 25% of production. Just think how attractive this is to BASF, Imerys or Sibelco. With their R & D spend and worldwide reach JM's "All things halloysite" becomes "Some things halloysite". That's why ADN needs 100% ownership of the GWJV & NNPL.
James is carrying everybody else on his back. He may as well control 100% of the action. Having a monopoly of supply does wonders for your selling price!
