Risks are spoken about but not the opportunities.
Across the board the listed market is impling the value of real estate assets with halve but the fund manager thinks this is an overreaction.

Most risky is - FKP, ING Industrial, GPT, Valad
Most new equity raisings would be to consolidate in the sector.
Westfield, Dexus, Charter Hall, Commonwealth property Office
were the best picks.
