1 million shares means it has to be someone in the current top 20.
Whoever they have sold too will either be in the top 20 now or they are in there already and their holdings will have increased.
Either way we should know the new entrant or the increased holder and we should know who has sold...
UNLESS they are hiding behind the nominee companies in which case we will only see the changes in the nominee company figures.
If the buyer already held above 5% then they may not have to announce their change in holdings because 1 mill shares is only about 0.45% and you only need to announce changes of 1% and above.
