The diference is whether Deanshanger will own 2/3 of the refinery or wether they will simply arrange for other parties to buy the other 2/3 - quite a metrial difference I would think.
Incidently, when the $1 BILLION deal with Pensador was first announced last year I could not find anything on the internet about Pensador. A bit surprising for a company capable of raising $ 1 billion don't you think?
