    Why do holders continue raising ISX being accepted by VISA?

    ISX itself has admitted it's governance practices fell short, tried to scramble and rectify (including offering to terminate customer arrangements) but that wasn't until after the termination (too little too late)..

    in VISA's opinion, ISX were reluctant to engage in the standard review processes during the time leading up to the termination..
