I had trouble accessing the entitlement booklet online - the downloaded file had no extension and wouldn't open.
Finally, thinking it might be a pdf, renamed the file with '.pdf' added to the file name which worked! Had no trouble accessing the online acceptance site for a look.
Hard copy of booklet and form, sent 'priority' arrived at my Central Vic. regional address in Mon. mail so yours hopefully close.
