so by that logic you believe companies shouldn't raise money? if thats the case you probably shouldn't be investing.
selling bonds for a smallcap like this is a non starter, you get yourself in all sorts of strife with covenants etc - long term pain
selling assets? non starter
CR is a quick and does the job. short term pain..
companies of all sizes do CR Woodside, BHP RIO the list is endless.
