Animoca's recent manifest behaviour of not having financial reports audited or even published indicates animoca have lost interest in conventional company regimes.
ergo, it is a Private Company. Because animoca have not contacted each shareholder with an undertaking or offer to buy your shares effectively your asset is worthless ~ who would buy it?
