It was oversubscribed. The claim is that most of the 80M went to "sophisticated investors", so are unlikely to sell quickly for profit. Unlike the 180 markets CR where the analysis from @jamesdenis show that they were all sold relatively quickly. I agree cueball147, I'd like to know from those of you who have access to share registries how much of the 80M have been held.
