Just this week a person I have known for the last few years told me, IN A VERY LOUD VOICE, 'that he didn't care how long he took in the shower and how much water he consumed'. I simply could not believe my ears and we had rather a heated discussion. I live just outside Melbourne where water restrictions have been in place for a longer period and are more stringent.
