I have no argument with what you say Tibbs, but a lot of those corporate scenarios you paint are of course hypothetical, though I don't doubt they may be very real ... it's just that they're not publicly disclosed. I am just trying to get a handle on fair value under 'normal' circumstances ... if the other stuff happens it's a mega-bonus ..
