To get the low production cost proposed here (US2.50/lb) using Tivan,
I guess the production process would need to be well optimised. I see
in the last few management presentations that the "Tivan Processing
Facility" is a substantial piece of infrastructure comprising ~25 buildings.
Yet in all 3 recent presentations, I cannot find one reference to the Capex
to build this facility.Can anyone suggest where to find this Capex ?
