Upside is not necessarily governed by the MM bid. There is a possibility of the company getting over its problems,trading cash flow positive, selling a couple of assets,reducing its debt and refinancing the rest. There is the possibility of abetter bid. Don't rule these out as the company may get time to do these things.The banks will only finance month by month but I believe they will extend another month at the end of this month. I say hold but that may not be suitable for everyone. DYOR.
