Hi dossant! Location does mean a useful strategic wedge between both. However the tenement will then be 'landlocked' because neither will be so accommodating to allow the use of transport infrastructure. Rio/Chin deal may be a better outcome for FMS.
If I can use a WSS style explanation- why would you not only buy one of the best houses in the street when you can also buy the block next door at a good price and turn ducks into dollars. (Apologies WSS!)
