Whilst NDO might be appealing as a takeover target, it's got to be one of the least likely to fall to that sort of predator....
51% of shares on issue held by top 10 SH
11 - 20 own another 9%
21 - 30 own another 4.2%
Most of those long term holders have an appreciation of the long term outlook for the company.
Not going to happen IMHO.
