Does anybody actually know what happens tomorrow now in terms of acquiring ALO? Obviously the creditors either vote to accept the share sale offer no later than 11th December or PLS has an agreement to buy the asset from the receivers. But if the creditors vote no (they already agreed to vote yes) does that asset sale take longer. Or are the creditors based in the US so they won’t have their meeting until Friday night our time?
I’m hoping we see an official announcement to the ASX first thing tomorrow followed by exact details of the SPP and how to take part. I’ve seen some squabbling going on over how to participate, who can participate and to what level. My understanding is holders will be offered 1 share for every 7.6 they already have. No idea when the cut off date was but I’m thinking it makes sense to be Oct 28 when they first announced it
