10 pips on EM1o this morning just for some cash while my swing trades keep doing their thing. Seems to work maybe one trade a day keep it conservative, good entries no chasing don't even care if I miss a runner its all just money just minimising my losers and letting winners win. Focusing on really good entries, good entries = a good exit if you need to cut it for a loss or make a profit. Saw a performance coach yesterday highly recommend, so much clarity traded well. I think you can do all the study in the world but if the psychology isn't great for trading then its going to be really hard to do your best work. Will go back for a couple more sessions also trying to learn more business skills because I think trading is very much a business and structuring my process in a more streamlined / business way will take some of the emotion out of my decision making too. Always good to hear a different perspective on things. Worth the investment IMO, cheaper than buying a bad stock.
