And there's more. In a non-renounceable offer, you don't get to sell the shares. The underwriters take on the risk of taking the rights not taken up. In this case I think RCF and Australian Super will get them. Don't know if Maquarie are in this also. Anyway they will clean up at current price and possibly off load them into market over time which may be a bit of an overhang on price for a while. IMO they should hold on but I don't know how these big boys manage risk and allocations.
