Tesla has no production ready solid state battery tech. I haven't even heard about a prototype from Tesla. Toyota surely will introduce solid state batteries in vehicles BEFORE Tesla. All Tesla announced on battery day were improvements to the lithium ion battery technology. Tesla so far has not produced one single battery cell in any of their Model S, X, 3 and Ys, which they sold.
