Don't get me wrong , the legislation sounds fine & well intended . As long as the laws also come with penalties for infringements on said laws , i.e - no point in having a law if there is no penalty for breaking that law . The underlying tone is one of self sufficiency & a shift away from foreign dependence / control but don't underestimate the Chinese , they will be in amongst this in some shape or form .
