Yes, and given the time difference WAST & AEST we can expect the Announcement regarding further details of the Equity Raising ---- timing & eligibility ----
to be made before market open Monday Dec. 14
In the unlikely event that the DOCA proposal is not approved today, the Acquisition will still take place via an Asset Sale Agreement. Just a timing matter.
There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the Equity Raise and it has been painful reading some of the nonsense posted.
Will be happy once Altura is ours .
After everything is bedded down, we are likely to get an update on the potential JV opportunity with POSCO in the downstream chemical conversion facility. Just a bit messy making any Announcement at present.
