Don't you guys think that Facebook would have done the numbers before giving a small percentage of revenue to Zip.
Facebook bad debt increased fifty fold in Q1 so they are seeing a developing trend and it's worth them letting Zip take the credit risk.
its a lot cheaper than credit insurance for Facebook and there will only be one winner in this transaction and it will be the Dominant partner Facebook
