    Exactly. a lot of assumption that it is all approved and full steam ahead.
    The TH announcement simply mentions "a patent application". It could be delayed, or denied, or approved. It may even be a new application being made.
    Chances are it is news of "the" patent application being granted, but we have to wait and see.
