As mentioned, I did not receive a prospectus. Were the shares and share price pre consolidated. i.e was the capital raising at 10.5c. I would have thought they were raising money at 20c post merger. If you are correct this is even better news than 20c. BUT why would instos buy knowing the shares would be consolidated...Would it have been better to wait until post consolidation.
