That is the way I read it, however it is just conjecture.

Every announcement that OZL seems to bring out (even a request for a trading halt) is worded such that it can be interpreted in a number of ways.

Some see the glass half full, whilst others see the glass half empty.

Either way, it will be a long and slow weekend for many.
