The pattern is alot clearer on the weekly chart.
See also how the MACD has broken up on the weekly so has the relative strength index. It first started to break on early up Jan. Thats what's know as BULLISH DIVERGENCE. It means that indicators are pointing to a move north but the price is lagging.
