I think the fact that no one can give a definitive answer means that as at close tonight that’s when the holders will be eligible. Also the employee salary sacrifice announcement would likely confirm that. IMO.
The market has to be fully informed at all times. No record date, not informed.
Let’s be honest if you recently bought at 50c you would expect to now be part of the deal.
