@PICT thanx for your posts re no. Heads & oppies etc.
FWIW your eagle eye spot that the total no. of oppies on sale adds to the intrigue doesnt it.

Decision week leading to conversion; I have been trying to form some sort of logic around the hundreds of millions issued at less than 1 c since start 2018. Interestingly in my quick check found

7/8/19: 94.50 million ordinary shares at $0.007, together with 94.50 million free attaching MRQOB
4 December 2019: 125 million fpo shares at $0.01 per share, + 62.5m attaching “MRQOB”)
    16/9/20: Sophs 110 m @ $0.006 + 110 m free MRQOB (& Directors 6.67M @ 0.6c)

Thats only about 260M MRQOB if my maths correct?

Are you (or any other interested posters) aware of where the rest come from? (I think you have reported about 700M or so .... I've seen a similar no in their reports) Who holds them and how were they issued?

FWIW2; Are we aware of the total no. of MRQOB held by directors?
I am interested to know what %age of their total they have converted or committed to convert? Someone may have reported this and sorry if I missed it .... saves me scrolling through again.

FWIW3: my latest ponderings re possible reason for cap on SP is something like:

Vast majority of holders will be well in the money from those arisings and or SP levels last couple years. All those cap raise holders for example are sitting on a 50% (aprox) cap gain at current levels ....many will have taken last Xmas spike to move to free carry (like me FWIW).
So selling at or around 1c becomes very attractive when you are sitting on a free option to buy back in at 1c or sell the option on a spike. Sort of creates a "natural" 1c barrier IMHO and adds weight to @PICT theory of what he calls uncertainty but I'm calling an "ownership pressure" potentially allowing the stock to run post raising.

Anyone got any critique of this logic?

Its only 8 days to MRQOB final conversion which I only just realised is a sunday! Unusual IMO. Just quote this again from Dr Google:
The biller is required (under BPAY rules) to treat your payment as being received on that same day. Payments made after 6:00pm on business days, or at any time on a weekend or public holiday will usually be treated as being received by the biller on the next business day.
So if you intend to convert dont leave it until the 19th or as I read it your payment may arrive on the 21st (Monday) ... too late Irene.
I will make my decision on Thursday I think. So if there are any hidden buyers (or sellers I suppose) out there who are going to make a big move please do it prior to Thursday!!!! FWIW I'm "on the fence" at this stage with an inclination to convert!
