    Don't you guys think it would be politically inept for Swan to upsurp the FIRB and sink the Minmetals bid 3 days before Oz is due to pay back its debt.

    Don't you think there might be a more politically acceptable 'Plan B' in the wings...maybe BHP or Barrick taking over PH??
